Biclaque Trajano is a distinguished and very special restaurant located in the city of Chaves, Trás-os-Montes. In this space, emotions and experiences are shared at the table. On the plate, everything has a reason to be and, despite the apparent simplicity, the work is done so that the moment that follows awakens memories of people, places and other times.
